Morgan Hill police were sent at 12:45 p.m. Friday to the 200 block of Oak Grove court for a report of a fight in which one male was beating another with a baseball bat. A second caller said Weber had just killed his neighbor with a bat.

Officers found  a man with major injuries inside his home. He was taken to a local hospital with “possible life threatening injuries.” Weber fled before police arrived, and he has so far eluded them.

Anyone with information about Weber’s location can call Corporal Scott Purvis at 408-799-2101 or the anonymous tip line at 408-947-STOP (7867).
