It looks like being beautiful runs in the family if you’re a Brinkley!

On Monday, Sports Illustrated revealed stunning shots of 63-year-old Christie her daughters Sailor, 18, and Alexa, 31.

In an exclusive interview with People the supermodel, who first covered the magazine back in 1979, explained that she had to think twice before agreeing to do the shoot.

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again. Christie Brinkley looks incredible.

The supermodel is 63 years old but in these latest shots for 2017’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, she gives her daughters a run for their money. Posing up a storm in a sexy black one-piece she looks right at home.

And while we can’t all get the secret to eternal youth we can at least steal Christie’s beach style. This fabulous swimsuit is by Agent Provocateur, a label better known for its sultry lingerie. But its swimwear line is worth checking out if you like to turn heads on holiday.

So click (right) to snap up Christie’s look now. The fishnet is actually slimming and more flattering than you might imagine and we love the waist accentuating pattern on the front. And for those without the luxury budget, head to our edit below for more affordable takes on this trend.

‘My first thought was, “At my age? No way!” When I turned 30, I was like, “This is the last time I’m posing in a bathing suit!”

When this issue comes out, I’ll be 63. I thought, “Those days are over.” But to get to do it with my girls, I thought, “One last go!”‘

In the spread the exquisite trio shows off their model bodies in matching black suits from the gorgeous beaches of Turks and Caicos.

The five-foot nine-inch model looks smoking as she poses between her daughters wearing a mesh one piece that shows off her flaunt tummy and smooth legs.

Besides mom brunette beauty Alexa looked flirty in a lacy off-the-shoulder suit while younger sister Sailor kept things simple in a strappy black bikini.

Brinkley’s teenage daughter said working with Sports Illustrated was a ‘very empowering and liberating’ experience.

The three-time Sport Illustrated cover girl told interviewers she hoped that the shoot empowers women who feel insecure about aging.

‘In a country that’s very ageist, people love to put you in little boxes. Women feel very limited by their numbers.

‘On a personal level, I thought, if I can pull this off, I think it will help redefine those numbers and remove some of the fear of aging.’

The March issue of Sports Illustrated hits newsstands February 15.
