Sports legends and memorabilia showcased in Rosemont – WLS-TV

Sports fans are heading to Rosemont this weekend for a chance to snag autographs and memorabilia from some of the greatest athletes in history. The 36th National Sports Collectors Convention brings together athletes from all sports, including NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL, to meet with fans. Some of the stars at this year’s show include Bulls legend Scottie Pippen, Blackhawks star Bobby Hull, Bears running back Gayle Sayers, and the 1980 U.S. Men’s “Miracle on Ice” hockey team.

Fans can get tickets for $22 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in suburban Rosemont. Tickets for autographs and pictures vary in cost. The convention features an auction with memorabilia dating back more than 100 years. Convention founder Mike Berkus and JP Cohen, president of Memory Lanes Auctions, stopped by ABC7 to show off a few pieces from the 2015 show.
