    Product Description

    At 32" the Xercuff is longer than the comparable Lex Loop and is designed for full range of motion integrated movement drills and exercises. The newly increased cuff size provides a more secure and comfortable fit for all body types. Available in Very Light (Yellow), Light (Green), Medium (Red) and Heavy (Blue). Very Light Resistance (Yellow) provides approx. 3-5 lbs. of resistance when stretched to 1.5 times its normal length, and is recommended for beginners. Light Resistance (Green) provides approx. 6-10 lbs. of resistance when stretched to 1.5 times its normal length, and is recommended for beginner to moderately fit. Medium Resistance (Red) provides approx. 10-15 lbs. of resistance when stretched to 1.5 times its normal length, and is recommended for moderately fit to fit users. Heavy Resistance (Blue) provides approx. 15-22 lbs. of resistance when stretched to 1.5 times its normal length, and is recommended for fit to very fit users.
